Link Your Addon

If you installed the Homeway add-on using the Home Assistant add-on system:

1. Open Home Assistant in your browser.
2. Go to the Home Assistant settings.
3. Select Add-ons
4. Select Homeway
5. Select the text that says “OPEN WEB UI”
6. Follow the guide!

If you installed the Homeway standalone add-on:

1. SSH into the device running the Homeway standalone addon.
2. Enter the following command:
   1. cat ./.homeway-addon/logs/homeway.log
3. In the log output, you will find a link to homeway.io that completes the linking process.

If you installed the Homeway standalone Docker container:

1. Use the Docker logs to find your link URL. The link URL will always appear at the top of the logs when the container starts.
